In 2025 we proudly celebrated 25 years in business! Through two and half decades of ups, downs, twists and turns, we remain a stalwart of economic success and are honoured to have achieved the highly-coveted AAA finanicial rating. Our solid results, steady growth and healthy economy through the years make us a stable and reliable partner for you. 

We are a competent and innovative collaborator, delivering everything from tour ideas and trip planning to competitive offers and comprehensive reservation bookings. From the point of inspiration until the client safely returns home again, we are here for you — as we have been in the past, continue to be today and will strive to be well into the future.

OUR HISTORY​

Owner and CEO Hanne Mikkelsen founded NORDIC TOURS A/S on April 1, 2000. Today, we are one of the leading incoming companies in Europe focused on leisure tours to Scandinavia for both groups and individual travellers.

We are located in Aarhus, Denmark, where you’ll find more than 40 dedicated employees. In addition, we have an external sales office in Germany.

RESPONSIBLE & SUSTAINABLE​

As a company, we feel obliged to interact responsibly with the world around us and make an effort to integrate sustainability into our tour offerings as well as our everyday business practices.

We have been a member of the TourCert community since February 2018, upholding its international ecological and social standards. We have also pledged to plant a tree in the Ecuadorian rain forest for every group tour completed since 2023 in cooperation with Growing Trees Network.
